Single, couple and family memberships are available in addition to aquatic wellness memberships. Membership Benefits Use of cardiovascular and weight-training equipment A personalized fitness program to help you meet your health and fitness goals A personal workout session with a wellness staff member who will give you individual instruction in the proper use of equipment Updated exercise programs every two to four weeks Wellness Center Hours Monday - Thursday, 5 a.m. - 8 p.m. Friday, 5 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday, 8 a.m.- noon Membership Rates 1 month 6 months - $190 12 months - $360 Aquatic Wellness (aquatic aerobics and independent exercise): $35 per month Memberships must be paid in advance, in full, unless using automatic drafts on a credit card.
