HOSPITALIST PROGRAM

Our Hospitalist Program provides physicians in the hospital to care for patients admitted around-the-clock. Hospitalists maintain constant communication with their patients' primary care physician while their patients are hospitalized. The Hospitalist Program at Decatur General was implemented in 2003.
