CHALLENGE ROPES COURSE

The Behavioral Medicine Center's Challenge Ropes Course is a hands-on, experimental series of activities that stress team-building through cooperative activities. Ropes training emphasizes developing teamwork, communication skills, leadership and collective creativity, while improving the participant's ability to make quick, confident decisions. The Ropes Course is offered to patients as well as corporate groups with the intent to push individuals both physically and emotionally, helping them rise above their expectations of themselves while building their confidence in others. Ropes Course training consists of tailor-made activities that include both high and low elements. The course is offered to corporations, civic groups, schools and church groups.
