ADULT INPATIENT PROGRAM
The Adult Inpatient Program is designed to treat psychiatric and dual diagnostic disorders of men and women age 18 and older. The program is designed for patients with psychiatric problems that can best be treated in a short-term to medium length of stay setting, and the focus is to treat the individual with predominant non-addictive psychiatric disorders.
The Behavioral Medicine Center includes two separate adult units, which allow us to place individuals in a setting that best suits their own emotional and physical needs. The specific needs of the older patients are taken into consideration with programming available to this group, as well. Length of stay is determined by the attending psychiatrist and based on the needs of the individual client.
The Behavioral Medicine Center can help with the following.
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Bipolar Disorder
- Schizophrenia
- Suicidal Thought/Unresolved Grief
- Uncontrollable Anger
- Bizarre Behavior/Abuse
